As already stated in our previous articles, TAO-the Independents urges the various bodies to introduce a price reduction for the lowest salaries.

Since 2021, TAO -The Independents has claimed that the right to disconnect should be part of our ‘working culture’, and has called on our administration to properly regulate the overuse of online work. In order to assess, TAO proposed that staff of the European Commission participate in this survey.

Telework has become a permanent fixture in our institution. We have witnessed remarkable results as a large number of the staff members have adapted to teleworking, including when working outside the place of employment. It is therefore obvious that telework is here to stay.

In May 2023, TAO launched an EU-Survey for Commission staff based in EC Representations with the aim of providing an accurate assessment of the current situation. Check here for survey results.
