CONTRACT AGENTS
Increase the rate of annual promotions for CA.
Launching of a new Talent Programme for all CA based on equitable selections for outstanding agents, to be then appointed as TA and being offered internal competitions.

MOBILITY / AIR QUALITY
100% reimbursement of tram/train/bus season tickets.
Biking indemnity.
Lobbying action towards the Brussels Region by the Commission, together with the European Institutions, to ask for initiatives to improve the quality of air.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Generalisation of teleworking on Wednesday afternoon for parents of children aged up to twelve.
Refusal of generalised open space offices; such solutions must be justified by the nature of work on a case-by-case basis, and must be accompanied by a widespread consensus of the staff concerned.
Set-up of a stress-prevention plan.
Close attention to the predicament of colleagues over 55, often victims of open or hidden discrimination.

NUTRITION / HEALTH
Improve the quality and variety of food sold in canteens, cafeterias and vending machines.
Reinstatement of price reductions for lower salary staff.

HEALTH
Increase of reimbursement rates of certain health care expenses (dental care, etc.) through the responsible use of the current positive fund balance.

BREXIT
Implementation by the new Commission of the guarantee of continuity of employment for British staff beyond the transitional stage of the UK's exit.
A code of conduct to be set up to avoid acts of discrimination towards these officials.
Monitoring of the proper application of derogations to British CAs in place.
